Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are picked up the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are. Remote PIN codes can take longer.

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Charges

Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, write to TODO — support@yourdomain.com with your order number. We will chase the courier — you should not have to.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and send those photos with your message. It makes the claim much easier.
