Placing an order

Adding something to your bag is not a purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which is when payment is taken and we send your confirmation.

We may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, you are refunded in full and we will tell you why.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.

We try hard to price correctly, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching rather than quietly cancelling or charging the difference.

Stock

Stock shown on the site is our best information at the time the page loads. Availability is confirmed when payment is taken. In the rare case something sells out between those two moments, we will contact you and refund in full.

Products as shown

We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens differ and colours vary a little between devices. Measurements on a size guide are of the garment laid flat, and a small variation is normal in clothing.

Returns

Covered separately and in plainer language on the returns page. In short: 7 days from delivery, unworn, tags on. Nothing there reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Because sign-in is handled by Shopify, their terms apply to the account itself.

Using this site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to resell in a way that interferes with other customers. We may restrict access where that happens.

Product photographs, text and design on this site belong to us and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of TODO — registered address, including PIN code have jurisdiction. Before it comes to that, please write to us — most things are resolved by someone reading the message properly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
